How long does it take to get to make improvements in your golf game?
While it varies by individual, here are some general timeframes for lasting change to your golf game:
Minor Swing Adjustments and Skill Development: A couple of coaching sessions with at least two to one practice sessions over a few weeks. This could even be done in season.
Moderate Changes: Several weeks to a few months. This would be our Silver or Gold packages which includes 4 hours of coaching and 4 or 8 hours of practice.
Major Overhauls: Several months to a year or more. Potentially multiple Silver or Golf packages.
How do you decide what is right for you?
Book our Initial Assessment where we do the following:
TPI Physical Mobility Screen: This is a crucial component of our assessment, designed by the Titleist Performance Institute. This will assess your overall physical mobility and flexibility. Our TPI trained professional will guide you through a series of specific movements that are aimed at identifying any limitations or imbalances in your body. By understanding your physical capabilities, we can tailor our approach to better suit your individual needs, ensuring that you can perform at your best while minimizing the risk of injury.
Swing Analysis: Our swing analysis involves a detailed examination of your golf swing mechanics. Using advanced technology and video analysis, we will capture your swing from multiple angles, allowing us to assess your technique in depth. This analysis will help us identify key areas for improvement, such as your grip, set-up, back swing and down swing. By pinpointing these elements, we can provide targeted feedback and drills that will enhance your ball striking and performance on the course.
Skills Test: During the skills test, we will evaluate your proficiency in various fundamental golfing skills. This includes assessing your putting, chipping, pitching and full swing capabilities (approach and driving). By measuring your performance in these critical areas, we can gain insights into your strengths and weaknesses. This assessment will not only highlight what you excel at but also uncover specific skills that may require additional focus and practice, enabling us to create a more effective training plan.
Comprehensive development plan: Following the completion of the above assessments, we will develop a comprehensive development plan tailored specifically to your unique needs and goals. This plan will encompass various aspects of your golfing journey, including physical conditioning, technical skill enhancement, mental preparation, and practice strategies. Our aim is to provide you with a clear roadmap that outlines the steps necessary for your improvement, ensuring that you have the resources and guidance required to reach your full potential on the golf course. We will then recommend the appropriate package to meet your unique needs and goals.
